Clayton is perfect in his communication, attention to detail and willingness to pick up the phone and talk about anything I have questions about.
So I started at quicken loans and got a new agent every time when /if they picked up the phone . They let me get real close to my deadline and fail me 100% that’s when I switched to academy mortgage and they helped fast track me into my new house . i was buying my first home and had my first loan officer drop me after we got an accpted offer. I was then referred to Academy Mortgage by a family member and was given the pleasure of working with Stephen Marrs. He was hands down amazing we had a few road blocks but he assured me it be ok and it was. He made me feel important and gave me above and beyond service. I cant thank Stephen and his team enough for going above and beyond for me! we close in 2 weeks and i feel so happy and excited thanks to Academy mortgage!
Chris Wilson was excellent to work with, and he was able to get our loan closed well ahead of schedule. He was very flexible and accommodating of closing date changes.
The sales manager we delt with Sean Presnell was extreamly unprofessional and rude . His negligence cost us the purchase of a home .
We were 1st time buyers, we were clueless as to what we were doing, some of the vocab, and other things- Chris Wilson treated us like family, worked around our crazy work hours, had numbers ready fast- and we just simply amazing!!!
Shawn, Kenny and Tiffany were great to work with. I would recommend them (and have) and I would definitely use them again if I buy another property. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable.
