First time home buyer experience was amazing. Zach was our point of contact and lead the charge all the way through to the closing itself. Always easy to contact if we had a question, on top of all paper work needs which up to the signing it was all done via email. The system and team of people behind the scenes were very nice as well. Wether your a first timer or seasoned veteran they’re are great group to work with hands down.
Brian is always ready to help new home buyers and current ones. He tells it to you straight and answers all your questions. He is the man for the job if you are looking to buy a home with a mortgage. I felt like I constantly bugged him, but he was always willing to take my questions and answer them as quickly as possible. He is also very knowledgeable in the business of the mortgage world.
The entire team was very helpful and encouraging through the entire process. Buying a house can be a stressful process but Brian and his team were there through the entire process with encouragement and were more than willing to answer any questions I had at any time. Communictaion was superb and I appreciate everything that was done to facilitate this process. I would rcommend your team without hesitation!! Brian has helped me through the process of getting a home loan/pre qualified. When I have a question he is quick to respond with an e mail, phone call or text.
