Tori Cecil is the best LOA I have ever worked with. She was incredibly responsive to multiple calls and emails. She kept me in the loop daily to ensure our client's loan would close on time. Mike Brooks was great to work with. He always kept me up to date on the status of the loan file & was in constant communication throughout the transaction. He was even out of office in the beginning of the transaction when I needed an updated Pre-Qual letter & quickly got someone to get me what I needed so that we could get the contract submitted & accepted.
As always Janet Ortega exceeded expectations. She took great care of my clients, was responsive and had everything taken care of in advance of deadlines. No worries when working with Janet.
Janet Ortega helped my clients every step of the way in purchasing a home in the Fort Worth area. When we had questions/concerns, Janet was quick to respond!
