Would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The front desk, doctors, and phlebotomists are extremely unprofessional and become defensive when you disagree with them. The phlebotomist lacks cleanliness and criticizes her patients. She makes comments about appearance when one is unwell and asks for urine samples in a paper dixie cup which goes against medical protocol (had to redo my urinalysis because of this). Doctors are alright but front desk lady so rude and unwelcoming attitude. I think they don't have administration.
i had a lovely experience. Doctor Dalsia is the sweetest. Very kind soul god bless her. I definitely recommend coming here.
When handling health plan stuff, confirming the lady in the back with the mask on is actually reading the card. Some health plans have divisions and if they do not accept it and she puts it in the system as your health insurance, you will be fully charged for her error. Do not expect anyone in this office to take any accountability. what you can expect is sly remarks and attitude and to eventually be billed.
