Clean and nice facility. Staff friendly and efficient and thorough. My first time there and I was definitely impressed from start to finish.
I'm a fairly new patient with Ruthie Summers NP. She is absolutely amazing, kind, patient, listens and I feel well taken care of. A huge shout-out to Brittany the medical assistant she is wonderful, funny, caring and I thoroughly enjoy my visits. The only downside is the front desk who really needs to go! She has no personality and is not at all welcoming, it's the first contact you have and I'd rather bypass her if possible otherwise I hope Lovelace finds a better representation of the practice soon!!! Dr Mamsa is such a thorough doctor whose empathy and concern are apparent in how she treats her patients. I highly recommend her as a primary care physician.
