Had used them recently, job was okay. But a bit expensive.
It worried me, so I wanted to share. I was contacted by this agency, and ask to do a project, with out asking or getting my credentials. I didn't have a website at that time, and my company was less than a year old, lucky I have been do I ng this for multiple decades, however the lack of interest in my capabilities worried me. I have worked with many companies, this being the only one with low integrity. If you are looking for a company. I would be careful.
Easily the best service provider out there. I am consistently impressed with their customer service and friendliness from the top - down. Really well run company and a pleasure to work with.
Would give a no star if possible. Customer service skills from Valerie are horrible. She is always upset and is never in a good mood when service is requested. I will never deal with Academy Locksmith again as long as she remains working there. If you don't like your job then just find something else!
