I am a tentent her and they do quarterly inspections and they don't give no warnings for anything and are very quick to write you a lease violation for for everything and if your not the maintenance teams favorite or anybody in the office favorite then they will look for anything to write you up basically they have favorites to many rules not the quietest place to rest or relax at you smell weed all the time and the laws are always out here and nothing gets done like it is supposed to and the ones that need to have the rules... read more
You will be written up for anything and everything here. Not exactly professional considering how run down the place is and there is never anyone in the office. Also not ideal for a tenant looking to escape from here eventually as all these "violations" follow you in your search for a new home. Drugs are abundant. Old/ handicap folks love to talk and gossip.
I was visiting a friend that lives there. Her apartment is nice.
