I wish I could give them a ZERO rating. This place is a SLUM! I walked into my apartment after work yesterday, to a kitchen sink full of POOP water from my neighbors toilet!! They act as if it's no big deal, like we're bothering them by asking for repairs. This NIGHTMARE started the day we moved in, and has yet to be fixed. Their own maintenance man said there is a leak in the walls, the pipes need to be replaced, and they REFUSE. This is the most I've ever paid for rent, and the WORST I've ever lived.

They don't care about their residents at all. Slum lords! Especially the Scottsdale apartments.
How could it improve? NEW MANAGEMENT.
Trash apartments. Nearly impossible to navigate as the buildings and numbers make no sense and are poorly marked. Office staff extremely rude. Property is poorly maintained and filthy.
Numbers on websites are wrong. Apparently they don't want to answer the phone. I put a $50 deposit down on an apartment I no longer want. I trust there will be no problem in redeeming this. I was told by the lady in reception that all I had to do was bring the receipt to them and they would refund my money. This had better be true.

I think it's the coolest place west of Libya, or is that east of Libya? North and south, too? Wow. Science, man. Gotta get one of those.
