Backed a game on kickstarter promised to be ready for production and delivered by April 21 or 22. Hard to remember after 4 to 5 years of the game still not in production. Just recently promised shipping earlier this month and no update yet or proof of production. Very poor customer service or communication.

A consistent track record re: a total lack of transparency and communication (despite explicitly promising otherwise in their FAQs). The "Board Meetings" held here every other Saturday are lots of fun. You get to play a lot of great games with even better people. Highly recommended if you are interested in board games. Snacks are provided, but bringing something to share is welcomed. Make sure to check the Facebook page to see whether gaming is happening before you go.
