I had a septio-rhinoplasty with Dr Oates 6 months ago and I could not be happier with the outcome, and with the whole experience. All the staff, from the welcoming receptionists to the kind nurses made sure I felt comfortable and cared for every time I visited. I am very pleased with the outcome of my Septoplasty procedure. I cannot fault the level of treatment and care I have received from Dr Oates and his team, from the initial pre-op consultations, the surgery and all the way through to my post-op follow up appointments.
Dr. Oates is truly incredible at what he does, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From my very first consultation through to my follow-up appointments, I always felt listened to and supported. He took my preferences into account every step of the way. I’m so happy to finally be able to breathe clearly, and I’m also thrilled with the subtle refinements to the appearance of my nose after my septorhinoplasty and turbinates procedure.
Couldn’t recommend Academy face and body enough! Had my first cosmetic procedures done with Helen. She was lovely, she put me at ease and talked me through everything step by step. All staff at reception were lovely and made me feel welcome. Will definitely be back!
