I always have the best experience at Academy Face & Body and Chantal is to thank for that. I can’t recommend Chantal enough! She is absolutely incredible at what she does, so knowledgable, gentle, and genuinely caring. Every time I go to see her, she makes me feel comfortable from start to finish, explains everything clearly, and delivers amazing results over and over. Her professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. I wouldn't trust anyone else and highly recommend nurse Chantal and the team.
Chantal always goes above and beyond. I had a very little to no-skin-care-routine prior to attending my first appointment, but with her guidance, knowledge & passion for making her clients feel confident - I now have a morning and nighttime routine that has improved my skin so so much! She makes you feel comfortable and no question is a silly one. I happily and highly recommend Chantal to anyone and everyone.
Saw Kym for a consultation for facial symmetry and balancing. She was very good at understanding what I was after, and what would or wouldn't work for me. She made a recommendation for Xeomin. Provided heaps of information and did not pressure to go ahead. I did go ahead with the treatment as her suggestion seemed incredibly reasonable. The injections were quick and painless She was very good at going through aftercare. I'm excited to find Kym and Academy.
Just had my second facial with Verity! She is amazing! I had the Fire and Ice which was a little tingly to start, followed by soothing coolness and now my skin is glowing. Verity didn’t miss a spot and the gentle facial massage followed by LED with blanket left me feeling pampered and relaxed. Just what I needed leading up to Christmas. You’re the best Verity, thank you 🥰
I absolutely love Academy Face and Body! I had a lovely treatment session with Kym only yesterday for my Xeomin treatment to help wind back clock of aging. Diane is a lovely receptionist and Kym is the perfect nurse to administer the treatment as she achieves near perfect symmetry of your face which is so important. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my skin treatments and advice. The perfect clinic!
