I will never ever spend another dime of my money here. This office is a joke. Not sure why that do not care about their patients but they DO NOT! They office staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. My advice, find another eye care center!
Our entire family has been going to Dr. Pope for many years. I highly recommend him for your vision needs.
My son went today to get a check up and they took the BCBShield versus the real insurance and told my son that the Superior Vision Insurance ID card was only a discount card?? Ah, NO, it was the real deal I pay top dollar for. Anyway, if you want to waste your time now like me in order to get your money back, then go to this office. I strongly advice to look for another provider.
Our initial impression was that the doctor was great. We went to a follow-up visit to order glasses for our son. Even though their office was "In Network", we were told that we had to pay the copay and the entire cost of the glasses. Our insurance company had told us that it should have been covered with the copay. Then we started to have issues with the billing.
