Did an excellent job replacing the busted exterior water pipe. When I called early in the morning, I was quoted a time in the afternoon for the project. They called before coming out and arrived around the estimated time. They listened to my description of the problem, evaluated, and fixed it in a short amount of time. I will definitely use Academy's service again if I have any other plumbing issues.

Nice guy, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all with him being at my house. (My husband was worried.) he did a same day service and even stayed until 11pm. Would recommend.
