Pay for parking! And they use a dental explorer, red flag! I had an appointment regarding a fixture of a root canal that was done poorly by a school. I came in and they booked for a root canal which was already was understood that the filling and crown was only suppose to be done. They wanted to bill my insurance for a second root canal on the same tooth and Medicaid doesn’t work like that. After clarifying with staff they then said they couldn’t do anything for it. Dr Urvashi Banerjee, is the Best Dentist I have EVER had in LIFE! WHAT a Pain-Free root canal? Doctor B has a calming voice, and is incredibly respectful to staff and me as a patient ( I have NEVER heard Any dentist say "please & thank you", during a treatment BEFORE). The reception/front office staff are welcoming and efficient. Thank you Academy Dental!
