Rude, inconsiderate, lazy and greedy. Can’t get an actual person on the phone it’s all AI now. Decided to not renew existing tenants leases so they could remodel the apartments and charge double. Trash everywhere from people throwing stuff off their balcony’s. Not all buildings have a washer and dryer. Threw a fit when I asked them to salt the parking lot during the winter because multiple people fell. Try to enter your apartment without permission. Apartments are not updated charging $850+ for a one bedroom.
If I could fewer stars I would. Will not answer emails in a timely manner and flat out ignores many emails. Maintenance request is still outstanding from 9 months ago and the first part took 6 months to complete. They do not adhere to lease agreements and fight you on standing up for your renters rights.
