From a tenant that regret to lived there for 2 years+, If I could leave a -5 stars, I would. The reason I stayed for more than years, is because the previous property manager was nice(and that is the only nice thing about this place, after I re-leased the apartment, they decided fire her for unknown reason !!! ). The owner and administrator of Madison Development Company is horrible, they always make un-deliverable promise. (Didn't install the thing they promised to install), and they will find every single way to screw you ... read more
