The drivers can drive fine but do not have manners. Drivers do not say hi or greet people in nice way. Have a negative attitude and are not very service oriented.
took a trip with my group from miami to orlando. almost half of our busses had to pull over for mechanical issues, and the bus i was on was not only an hour late picking us up from miami but a half-hour late picking us back up from orlando. all of us were disappointed in terms of transportation.
