Want to live in a place with a broken AC that gets so hot you can’t even sleep at night? Then come to Academy Arms! Last summer I asked several times for our swamp cooler to be fixed but it never was, and the temperature regularly got up to the mid 80’s. To this day it is STILL broken!! Unlivable conditions like that constitute a violation of the contract, and by law management should reimburse all rent for those months. Which they have not done. They still owe me $590.
