This place is terrible. The woman who came out to calculate the sq footage of my house did not calculate it properly and was off by 400 sq ft. When I received the appraisal and questioned their calculations they were rude and told me they were right and I was including my basement in my calcuations. (I know not to include my basement.) If you are forced to use these people my advice is to know your measurements before they come and double check each measurement they take. If you have a choice - DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!
