Get directionsService people did a great job the 2 times I used them for service. Its the office and admin side of things that would keep me from ever doing business with them again. The damn monthly membership is not as easy to cancel as a simple phone call. I called to cancel and they said that could only be done in writing so I sent in email where they told me to and low and behold almost 3 months later, I am still being charged.
