Abysmal hours, the students working behind the counter are extremely rude and make it known they don’t wanna be there, and genuinely it seems like no one cares about you. If you need to pick up an Amazon package, use a locker. Don’t waste your time here.
Always a positive experience when I come here, I have never had any issues! As long as you read the emails and follow the instructions, everything goes seamless. The staff is always kind and efficient, I think as long as you remember how to be patient there should be no problems! :)
The reason there's actually so many bad reviews here is because this is such an efficient mail center, especially for a college campus, that most of us students don't have a reason to leave a great review since we just see it as them doing their job. Sorry a few people didn't get their package the minute they got the notification it was delivered. Staff does a great job managing mail for over 2000 students across campus every single day.
