Always a positive experience when I come here, I have never had any issues! As long as you read the emails and follow the instructions, everything goes seamless. The staff is always kind and efficient, I think as long as you remember how to be patient there should be no problems! :)
The reason there's actually so many bad reviews here is because this is such an efficient mail center, especially for a college campus, that most of us students don't have a reason to leave a great review since we just see it as them doing their job. Sorry a few people didn't get their package the minute they got the notification it was delivered. Staff does a great job managing mail for over 2000 students across campus every single day.
Sent my daughter a FOOD care package that arrived to the UCF mail center on Thursday. It’s now Wednesday of the following week. She’s walked to the mail facility FIVE days and as of yesterday’s trip it still hadn’t been sorted. Really unacceptable UCF. I guess when it starts to smell bad they will find it for her. 😫😭🤬
Horrible experience staff coordinator is extremely rude often gaslighting,very unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable I dread every time I walk in the office for how much I pay in tuition and fees I hope this gets fixed. But I would definitely say I don't recommend.If I could give negative stars I absolutely would.
