Have lived here for almost two years and truly so pleased with what I'm getting for this price. Definitely no frills but not many complaints. Walls are definitely thin and that's annoying sometimes but manageable. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and management is responsive! I also have not really had any bug issues other than gnats but I can manage those as well.
Great location, great price. The manager and the staff are professional and efficient. Other things to consider: Yes, the whole complex is infested with all sorts of bugs, including German cockroaches, which are impossible to eradicate. Also, there are some (3 or 4) very bad drivers here, who can't properly park their cars/SUVs. A word of advice. Don't just tour the unit you want to rent. Also watch out for crazy neighbors. I've heard horrible stories.

Worst experience ever. 1st the place is roach infested. I spent $50 monthly to keep my place roach free and still you see some occasionally coz units are connected to each other. They’re not animal friendly. My neighbor threatened me to kill me and my cat. He also touched me when I was setting a security camera (one other neighbor confirmed and saw it while she was dumping trash in the first floor). Everyone knew this guy is harassing.
