My grandmother wanted me to leave a review on here for her . Since she’s a Spanish speaker and can’t write in English herself. She said her experience was the worst at this location. Her appointment was at 8:30 am and they didn’t get her back to provider until 12pm . She waiting for so long and the MA just told her at the end to reschedule cause she doesn’t know English. She is also in lots of pain and her condition is bad for them to do this to her . She is also 45 mins away from there location.
Waste of my time and money
This office CONSTANTLY reschedules appointments, I have a problem that I need a resolution to and have not been able to have a follow up visit in over TWO MONTHS!! I have wasted time and gas going to appointments only to be turned around saying that a text was sent to reschedule AGAIN! I am so done with this doctors office!
When will you claim to my insurance and refund my deposit? Funny. New type of racism or what? My insurance has no record of preauth request. Did I get scammed? No one can explain?
