I had my first appointment on October 6th and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I waited over two hours and fifteen minutes past my scheduled time before I was called in to see the doctor. When I respectfully brought this delay to the doctor’s attention, mentioning similar concerns raised in online reviews, I was met with defensiveness rather than acknowledgment. You cannot get to the front desk. I have made three trips and numerous phone calls just to get a form faxed and it never gets done if you talk to anyone named Jill or Kelly forget it!
It is so hard to get to frontdesk here. Its just ridiculous.
Thought everyone was great but the moment I got into the room I can over hear the staff talking about us I thought that was very disrespectful especially when I was in the room right in front of them and could hear everything honestly made me feel uncomfortable to be there
