Had an appointment to have a Foley removed. Nothing crazy. They canceled my appointment less than an hour before. Yet if I cancel an appointment I get charged an absurd fee. Keep in mind I took time off work for this appointment but they didn't give a damn about that. To the point they wanted me to come in the next day , taking even more time off my job. And they said it was because they had no one available to remove it...A FIRST YEAR NURSING STUDENT CAN REMOVE A FOLEY! And the woman i was talking to thought the whole thing... read more
