This has been the worst healthcare experience I have received. I had a procedure on 1/3/25. Precedure went okay with Doctor Mai, there are no follow up visits. Tried to get a doctors note for over a week to be able to return to work from doctor Mai team. At first they would tell me I would receive this note in 24-48 hours. After the first two days I was kept getting told that some one would reach out to me and never would. After the 9th day and refusing to wait for some one to call me back I was able to get my letter. Dr. Mai was very knowledgeable and straightforward. Also very compassionate. A 10+ in our eyes.
Yep. Joining the list of unhappy patients. This front office is great at billing, but terrible listening and organizational skills. Sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy despite me twice telling them the correct one. They mixed up (more than once) who I was supposed to see on my last appointment, because they can't get DR and APRN schedules straight. Got my bill from my last appointment before I got test results. What a joke!!
