Wow, wow, wow! I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling. Would not have gone. Dianne is the best staff member there coming and going!!! VA confirms the documents were sent three weeks prior, but she was timely and diligent in faxing records again during my visit. I decided that Dr. Mai mocking the patient over misplaced records and being condescending with responses to his forceful questions is just not the type of physician/patient exchange I need. No hard feelings, I'm just too old for nonsense.
I have been under the care of Dr Mai & his staff for the past 9 years and want to say I wouldn’t be here if not for them. First diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2016 and later prostate cancer in 2022, I am still cancer free thanks to Dr Mai & staff I want to give a shout out also to his PA Beatriz who has been there throughout this ordeal. What a kind person
