Went there with my girlfriend for her first appointment and she didn't get seen until an hour and a half after her scheduled appointment. She needed a specialist due to a recurring uti and they gave her antibiotics for the 4th time after she told them that she had gotten them prescribed 3 times and that they did not work. Well they turn out to not work and she just attempted to book another appointment and the staff who picked up was incredibly rude. Horrible, horrible service! The staff does not show any type of sympathy nor empathy towards the patients. All they provide is bad attitude!
Terrible experience. The doctor was not helpful and did not even come in to the appointment until I specifically asked for him twice. Then rushed out. Then for some reason, even though no testing or real services were rendered I was given a bill of 150 for the brief visit.
