I came here because I had a hernia in my groin causing testicular pain and spasms. They told me that I didn't. I'm so grateful to have my lingual hernia discovered by my gastroenterologist. All they had to do was review the scans... Unfortunately, I have to find treatment somewhere else because this facility cannot diagnose a lingual hernia. Male, 35
The lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism with the call center Representatives is astronomical! Only medical office in town that does not post your results of your Labs or your CT scan. When I asked for a copy of it I was told to come in and get a copy. When I opted for them to send me a copy in the mail I said great thanks after keeping me on hold for 15 minutes. I moved here from Las Vegas 6 months ago into the area.Since city arizona.. I have to see a urologist , once a year , I had a low grade tumor taken out of my bladder , almost seven years ago... Jeffrey A. Stern, MD, both the interaction with the medical assistant and the doctor horrible. Self righteous, condescending and arrogant. Will not go back to them. Been looking into progressive micro dosing hormones spending many hours educating myself and talking to many Doctors & NP's who specialize in male hormones, on eduction and the way he and his assistant talked to me was rude.
This is not my first visit here so I’m not a disgruntled patient. However, do not hold your breath to get a call back. Also, do not call the office 15 minutes before 5:00 PM. You will be sent to the operator.
