Just so everyone is well informed, this business operates BOTH as an “urgent care” but also as Tri-State Primary Care. Not confusing at all. Therefore, if you book an appt with the primary care you will be waiting for hours because URGENT CARE WALK-INS TAKE PRIORITY. My doctor prescribed a prescription, I have been working at this for 2 weeks The prescription called for a prior authorization. Every single day I have been calling the office and twice I stopped by the office to try and get this prescription to go through. I have been promised twice that absolutely they would get to it that day well 16 days later still no prescription, still has not called in the prior authorization. 1 star to the front desk employee that was there on 10/27/2025. Older lady. She was very hostile and incompetent towards the staff. A patient came in to drop something off. It was meant for the doctor. The lady kept breaking down the lines of communication. She was trying to be dismissive of the patient, I understand it was busy, but you have to keep your composure when you are the first person people see when they walk through the door.
