They closed up and canceled my appointment need more PT not getting my treatment that I need. I like the Dr Pagara great doctor.
Although the Urgent Care has closed, my PCP is located there and I really like the staff & my PA, Barney Foster! When I need refills for my prescriptions I can call Natalie and she makes sure that he sends the prescriptions in a timely manner. The place is always clean, the staff always have a smile on and I feel comfortable going there.
Just so everyone is well informed, this business operates BOTH as an “urgent care” but also as Tri-State Primary Care. Not confusing at all. Therefore, if you book an appt with the primary care you will be waiting for hours because URGENT CARE WALK-INS TAKE PRIORITY. My doctor prescribed a prescription, I have been working at this for 2 weeks The prescription called for a prior authorization. Every single day I have been calling the office and twice I stopped by the office to try and get this prescription to go through. I have been promised twice that absolutely they would get to it that day well 16 days later still no prescription, still has not called in the prior authorization.
