Today was my first visit, and I had the pleasure of seeing Zoey Francis, PA. She was exceptional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. I truly appreciate the care she provided and am grateful to become a regular patient.
Scheduling the appointment was super quick and easy. As a new patient I anticipated it would be a few weeks wait to be seen but to my surprise they had availability as soon as a day ahead. I scheduled a skin check with Dr. Francis who ended up freezing a spot and sending another one to pathology. She took her time and genuinely listened to my concerns. From checking in with S. @ the front desk- professional, friendly, caring and composed to Minon taking care to settle me in making me feel safe, protected and cared for… Minon a kind soul who made me feel as if she saw me as unique individual and that she cared.
