Can someone share or explain why their office is shut down. Dr. Graham is the best dermatologist ever. I'm sadden the office is shut down and they do not know if it will reopen. Where did Dr. Graham go?
My kids were patients of this office for a few years and it was great - unfortunately, things have gone downhill FAST! I scheduled an appointment 30-45 days out to have my sons warts burned off … this was rescheduled for another 45 days later (partially due to our travel) and then we received a call at 9 pm the day before our appointment canceling it!!! Estuve con mi hija, que tiene problemas en la piel de acné, hace 2 semanas, me dijeron que me enviarían la prescripción a CVS de homestead., pero aún no le han enviado nada a la farmacia. Los he llamado muchísimas veces y me dicen que la van a enviar y nunca la envían. Vivo a una hora de la consulta dermatologica más otra hora de regresar a mi casa. Called to ask what time is my daughter's appointment and receptionist said Doctors left the office 2 weeks ago. So if I wouldn't have called, I would've just showed up there and waste my gas and time. They said they tried calling me which was total b.s. because I have no voicemail nor missed calls from them. They never call me last time to let me confirm my daughter's appt. They won't call you to let you know the Doctors left the office.
