If I was able to I would put no stars. This facility has canceled on me 2 times now, on the day of or day before for scheduled appointments. I understand the need to reschedule, hours or two days before is not a good practice. This, after sending multiple generic texts regarding their patients cancellation policy of $250.
I’ve been waiting months for a new pt appt. I had to reschedule once and gave a month in advance. No problem rescheduled to today. They called to say they have to cancel for today because the person I’m seeing is sick. The kicker is-the next appt I can get is the end of January. How am I wait 6 months as a new pt appointment and they let me know the morning of that it needs to be reschedule? I can’t see another physician or even get anything sooner at this location. Was going to be seen here but takes months to get in and the lady I talked to was so rude. All I asked was to be put on the waitlist if I schedule. We didn’t even make it that far. From the reviews, I see the reschedule a lot last minute. Not worth it.
Always rescheduling appt same day and waiting months to get back in but if you cancel same day it’s a $50 fee
