Applies to Office 100 only: Nice receptionists. Dr. Sweeney is personable and patient. As with most doctor appointments, arrive early and don't expect to get called on time (4:15 but not seen until 4:50), so not docking a star off the rating for that. Always try to get an early morning appointment!

Bad customer service, I had to send a paper to there email and the girl up front is rude because I put the wrong email and she said I said you need to read it with an attitude when I asked for the email again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I just had the nastiest experience here with a woman that I’ll attach the photos since she did not want to give me any proper names. From traffic and juggling a toddler and an infant, I arrived at the office at 8:15AM. I walked through the doors of the office at 8:20. After sitting down and waiting, I was told that my child, who suffers from extreme eczema and has a milk allergy, would not be able to be seen today. I would need to reschedule to April. They are nice people but very hard to get through on the phone and only open Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Tried to make an appointment for my daughter with no luck, called multiple times they kept me on hold so long I had to hang up they haven't called back. Can't imagine the poor service they provide if there's no communication.
