My 1st appt with the PA was uneventful. I returned to her with a very painful, extremely itchy rash that she didn't recognize. After having some very large spots removed and biopsies performed, I returned to learn the results may possibly be Lupus related, per pathology. I made an appointment with a rheumatologist, and had extensive bloodwork done. My dr wanted me to see a different dermatologist.
