This office handled my situation very unprofessionally. I was informed my son’s appointment was cancelled due to age restrictions, but I also received check-in links for my daughter, which caused confusion. When I called to clarify, I was told both appointments were cancelled and received inconsistent information about their age policy (10 vs. 13 years old). From the moment I walked in, the front staff made everything fast, easy, and welcoming! Everyone was so kind and professional. The nurses were amazing, and Dr. Frank was extremely thorough, patient, and attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was simple and reassuring. The entire office made me feel comfortable and cared for. Such a friendly, organized, and efficient team highly recommend! 😊
