I had a great appointment with Frank Navarra PA. He was professional and extremely thorough with my skin check. Took his time looking over my body and explained his findings especially with my history of previous skin cancers. Additionally, he removed several skin tags. It has been 24 hours and I have zero discomfort or pain. The receptionists were personable and professional. If I could give this office 10 stars I would. PA Frank was very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff made me feel comfortable and office was very clean. HIGHLY recommend going!!
The Valrico office is very thorough, and overall amazing !! Frank, PA & his medical staff are all extremely nice and do a great job of examining and explaining. I highly recommend this office!
The front desk staff is awesome however the Dr is all for big pharma, he has no beside manner, he doesn’t review you file before coming into the room, he yelled at me in the hall because I did not agree with his services. He doesn’t review patient history and does care about his patients but he does want to inject you with something that’s cost $175 that you don’t need but he wouldnt know because he doesn’t care to know. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION if you care about yourself.
This place Didn't listen to a word I said and just left me in pain and just rushed through the appointment. when i went to their sister location, I was listened to and helped and no longer in pain .
