I should’ve known this was not a place with doctors who care. As i was in the waiting room, a patient came up to the receptionist & asked to see a new doctor because the one she saw was rushed & didn’t seem to care (idk if we saw the same dr) but whenever i got seen by a woman dr, i felt the same way. My concerns were dismissed & i was told “other people have it worse” AND at the end i paid my co-pay in cash, they didn’t have cash in hand to give me my change so they said they “would keep it on file for next time” it was onl... read more

Today was my first experience here at Academic alliance in Dermatology the doctor was amazing. He was very understanding. He gave me a lot of tips on things that I should not eat at the moment due to the allergy reaction that I had the two beautiful women at the front desk was also amazing. They also gave me some information that was very helpful and also gave me some samples for my skin.

Everyone in the office is so nice! Office is clean too. The appointments are very efficient and not time-consuming like other doctor offices can be. Frank and the other physician assistants are great! I was somewhat scared to go to the dermatologist until I met the staff here. They make you feel comfortable and genuinely care about helping you with any skincare concern.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience at Academic alliance! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. The front desk ladies are welcoming and incredibly attentive. Every step of the process, from check in to follow up, was handled with professionalism and kindness. What truly sets this practice apart is their compassion. Frankie took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain my condition in clear, reassuring terms, and create a personalized treatment... read more

The Webb office messed up and never sent my prescription for almost three months. I asked if I could receive a sample of the drug from the Valrico location because they are right up the street from me and I cannot get out to Webb to pick anything up. The Valrico office refused to help me because I wasn’t a patient of Franks (Valrico provider). I even explained the situation and the phone rep said flat out “Management says no”… so basically this company messed up for three months and now won’t make it right. I’ll be switching... read more
