The front desk staff is amazingly sweet and nice and understanding. I see Sumar , who also is very nice and professional. However, I do not feel Skylar shoul dbe assisting patients. She does not have the right personality for it. If you are upset and call and she answers, she treats you like you are bothering her and tries to hurry you off the phone. Very unprofessional. Not to mention I have left 3 Voicemail messages from a Friday to a Wednesday and just now I called agin and finally got Skylar who did not help me at all.
