Dr Acacia cares more about making money than about the patient. The doctor impresses you with trophies and his knowledge of other better known doctors and makes you feel stupid and a waste of his time for asking questions.
This clinic’s care coordination is extremely poor and placed an unreasonable burden on patients. After being told on short notice to travel four hours away for ultrasounds and transfer, we looked online to understand why. That’s when we learned from other patients’ reviews that the Laguna office was reportedly closing. This was never disclosed to us directly. Dr. Acacio is not only an exceptional physician, but a doctor who truly cares, listens, and fights for his patients. His knowledge, intuition, and compassion changed our lives forever, and I will be grateful to him for the rest of my life. Dr. Acacio and his staff are so wonderful! I didn't think I would be able to have another baby and they helped make that happen. I am so grateful!!
I couldn't recommend Dr. Acacio and his team's clinic more. I was referred here by a friend of mine and ended up doing 2 egg freezing cycles with them and I am very happy with the outcome. Their office is very organized, the team is sweet and warm, they answer emails and phone calls promptly, and they accommodate visits around your schedule as best as they possibly can.
