Booked an appointment for warm blonde balayage, left with ashy full head highlights.. Had been looking for an experienced balayage stylist for months, and this place looked legit with lots of pictures of what I wanted. I asked for warm blonde balayage with a few soft baby highlights on top and showed multiple pictures. The stylist had a hard time accepting my request and kept trying to convince me to do full head highlights, insisting on ashy blonde because she said it would "fit me better." Oggi pomeriggio mi sono presentata nel salone in cui avevo l’appuntamento con la proprietaria Darlene, ma l’ho trovato chiuso. Non sono ne stata avvisata, ne informata del fatto che non avrei ricevuto il servizio nella giornata odierna. Trovo inaccettabile questa mancanza di rispetto come minimo verso il mio tempo speso per il viaggio verso un salone chiuso.
