I asked for an all over highlight. For my birthday, I received a partial. When I went back to where she was eating to ask about the rest of my hair she said she decided to not do it all and slogged podged the rest of what she didn’t do! And was still charged the same as a full highlight!! $$$ almost $500 for a PARTIAL! I also asked for my hair to be darker on top and lighter at the bottom. Bailey is simply the BEST! I came to Bailey at the end of 2023 with extremely broken hair that had been overly bleached and damaged to the point of falling out.
