The electrical connection cover on the hot water system was not secured with missing screw allowing for movement of cover. I needed an old solar tank and panels removed from my roof and a new heat pump water heater installed. I sent a text and got a text back the next day with a tentative quote pending site inspection. It was a good quote, so I said yes and a tradie came and checked where I wanted the water heater. I was sent a final quote and it was arranged all within a week. Excellent service and great price. Thank you all so much. I would definitely use Acacia Plumbing again.
I recently had to change my hot water service to a new unit I contacted Acacia Plumbing for quote they were quick to respond next day quote very reasonable price better than other quotes their office is excellent in contact quickly I agreed to quote and 2 days later my new unit was installed by Alan excellent tradesman very efficient and trustworthy company. I gave notice to Acacia Plumbing a few days ago. So fairs fair here, told them Im thinking to Burn them on what I consider to be a botched job. Can do a better job with a YouTube Short (Cairns Lobster Shorts) but a Google Review is serious enough, I did film it I AM a YouTuber.
