DO NOT USE ACACIA PLUMBING! Acacia plumbing tried to replace my 49Litre hot water system that I paid $1875.50 for. This hot water system is inside a cupboard space. The copper piping going to and from the hot water system was mostly left bare and where insulation was attempted it was not secured. See photo. This creates hot pipes in the cupboard space creating condensation and moisture. This damages cabinetry over time let alone the potential for burns when touched. The flexible hose on our pullout tap in the kitchen had split. As the authorised service agent, Alan from Acacia replaced the flexible hose under warranty. The service Acacia provided was impeccable. From our first contact to our last we were kept informed, treated courteously and provided with a fast and efficient response. We would have no hesitation in recommending Acacia Plumbing.
Highly recommend Acacia Plumbing. I've had an issue for a yr in ensuite with shower in new build home. Builders Plumbers not listening to me with issue after 5 visits told me no issues.
