I cant say enough great things about this Acacia Partners! I've been a tenant for about 4 years now and they are the most wonderful people there! They treat you fairly and they actually care about you as a person and family. Regarding maintenance, they are on top of every request and have a network of great contractors to service the needs of the home when needed. I moved into my home I rented from them in early January. There were a few problems when I moved in, but they were attended to. They actually refunded all of my security deposit, which was amazing.

I moved into my home I rented from them in early January. When I moved in, some of the things in the home were not working, the property was poorly maintained, and the place was filthy dirty. They did attend properly to correcting these problems, and my maintenance requests were completed in a timely and professional manner. After a month, they request I accommodate them and make the home available for strangers to come in so they can show the home to prospective tenants.
