The Acacia Apartments are clean and well maintained by manager Cecelia and maintenance man Jorge . I like the location and the rent
Melissa was amazing! Friendly positive and was a great help. She made the process of getting a new place very easy and painless. I cant thank her enough.
I stayed here for 3 months at the beginning of the year. While I was there, they had a problem with cockroaches and would demand entry to the apartments weekly for treatments. I left at the end of February and was told they would mail my deposit. After one month I emailed them to find out why it has not arrived, and have been getting excuses ever since...it has been almost 3 months now. I have sent at least 4 emails, called 7+ times and they have new excuses every time. Avoid staying here.
Since our move in we had no problems at all thanks to the wonderful staff, Appreciate you and thank you for all your hard work.
