Wow! I called this morning (13/2), the day before V day and the beautiful lady Monique, who i spoke to was super helpful and kind. I shared my budget and she worked within that and my request of colours etc. Well we were utterly blown away with what was delivered. She completely knocked it out of the park and then some. I ordered $168 worth of Floral Fantasy flowers, image shown on site was pink roses (6) , tulips (5), hydrangea, greenery- I requested pink roses and tulips. I received purple gerberas and dahlias. They were hardly worth $60 . Just terrible . I wanted pink specifically for my friend with tulips and roses! An absolute rip off, misleading and deeply disappointed.

It was beyond our expectations, and your help and the lovely energy you brought to the transaction, were most appreciated.
