I was on time (early) for appointment I made a month prior. I waited almost two hours to be seen. Apparently office had scheduled several surgeries and then would "fit in" other scheduled patients (I was not the only one who waited way past their appointment time). Once I was seen, staff was pleasant and competent which is why I gave a grade of 2 rather than 1. But I will not be returning to a medical office that disrespects my time in this way.
