So my husband has waited the 3 months to FINALLY get his dentures and before we could make an appointment to have them adjusted the dentist office flooded and now it’s been another month with the teeth and the office is still closed. No one has ever called me to even let me know about the flood, I found out because the lady that works there came through my work and told me. She is still saying there is no time frame. Patient Angels! I would most definitely recommend! I have had severe dental trauma in my past but the staff and doctor S was so nice and worked with me. I know I am at the right place and you should try Acacia Dental out too!
I must say that I had a really good experience with this dental office compared to that other of a nightmare dental office. I wished I knew about Dr. Southwell sooner. I had a root canal done today and wasn't scared at all because the entire office made me feel important and answered all of my questions. I was worried about the impact of a root canal done on a patient with Lupus. Even the receptionist remembered my name without me having to tell her. That was really awesome!
