By far, the best service company I've worked with in South Florida, much less A/C company. Courteous, reliable, knowledgable and fair. They spend the time to explain any issues and resolve them fully. I can't say enough to recommend ACA Air Conditioning. I've been a client since 2005. I continue to use them nearly 20 years later.
I called ACA upon recommendation for an emergency call on my AC system. The technical guy had rearranged his schedule in order to perform the service call the next morning. Obviously, he found the problem and got it fixed to my total satisfaction. Very professional. I strongly recommend ACA.
I called ACA Air Conditioning because my mother in laws A/C was not working. I spoke with technician Junior and we arranged for him to come on Thursday between 9 and 10am. Junior arrived at 9 am and promptly went to work diagnosing the problem with her A/C. Junior was extremely knowledgeable and quickly found three problems with her A/C. He worked diligently repairing the problems and I'm glad to say her air conditioning is up and running like a new unit. I don't understand the good reviews. Let me tell you that I am not thrilled to have to call an AC repairman within the span of 30 days just for some inexperienced tech to show up and accuse me of improperly handling a fusebox and trying to 'injure him.' Ontop of that, I was quoted 600 dollars for what couldn't have been 20 minutes of work. The cost of materials alone didn't even amount to 100 dollars. I was able negotiate that down to 400 but that is still not a great value and it seems that our problems only got worse after... read more
ACA provided me fantastic service and pricing. The technicians were very polite and professional. I definitely felt that the job was going to get done well and it was.
