I wish I did not have to give this review but after what I’ve been dealing with for the last few months, I feel like I need to help other consumers as well. I purchased a new AC unit (16 Seer 5 Ton Good year) back in 2017 and added the warranty to it because I know how expensive it is to maintain ac unit.
