I am immensely pleased with my home help from 1AC. Ashely is a great help. She has a good memory for all that she has learned and eager to learn more. She is on time finds her way to markets I favor, even closer to me. I have no car, but she wastes no time. I ha e a special diet, with which she has no problem. She uses her time well and over all, it has been a very good experience.

Omg what would I do without Nicole! My mom is in Boston and I’m in Tampa, Fl. I received a call that my mom was in the hospital and I have a young daughter and couldn’t fly out. Nicole offered to check in on my mother at no charge just to give me piece of mind that she was ok. My mom was in hospital 4 days and Nicole picked her up at discharge, picked up her medication and settled her in at home and then did the home assessment and gave me update on what my mom’s needs are. Very serious agency. The manager and the private caregivers work together. The manager visits with their clients to check on them and connects regularly with the families. Highly recommend it!
