This was our first time using AC1 after using another company for three years. The difference was night and day. Their maintenance plan is excellent and covers all the routine things that needs to be done to the unit that our previous company was not doing. I can't speak highly enough of their Service Technician, Ethan Dill. A super knowledgeable young man and educated me on what needed to be done to the unit. Had a problem with ac unit not cooling. Called and they were out to service the ac within an hour. Great response time and very pleased with the service techs knowledge and experience.
