Office staff was nice, but their sales and tech guys?!? After $7K on a new unit install, still having same issues, multiple service calls over the last several months, and after 2 weeks of difficulty getting the sales tech to call me back, he finally responds with a $3K estimate for a whole other "solution". Other companies quoted the same work for less, just FYI. Avoid the headaches, find a different AC company.
Edward O. is great to work with and he is always very friendly and professional. Great individual and company to partner with.
Technician was efficient and thorough at a good price.
Very detailed, took pictures of before and after and did a thorough review. Did a Great job!
