I purchased a connecting kit for a mini split from this company: they lied to me about shipping; told me I would receive the items in 3 days, it took 2 weeks. Called customer service and the guy had an horrible attitude as if I did something wrong. Received the product, after installing, find out the refrigerant pipes have leaks! Call the company again and they are have not answered the phone! This company is HORRIBLE!
