I recently purchased three window air conditioning units from ACWholesale and had a terrible experience that I feel obligated to warn others about. Before buying, I carefully reviewed their return policy, which states full returns are accepted unless the item is a closeout, clearance, or sale item. Nowhere on the product listing or my receipt was the word "closeout," "sale," or "clearance" mentioned. Hands down the worst customer service and customer experience I have ever had. Canceled an order on 1/2/25 @ 9 am. Now 2 weeks later I've had to call 10+ times, send multiple emails, receive non-informative answers, and I'm still trying to figure out where the money ($1328) they drafted 6 days after order cancellation is at. I would strongly warn any one against giving these people your money!

The fact I purchased this unit in july 2023 and it malfunction and I haven’t used it this year. Called AC customer service to see how they can assist me and basically they said it was nothing they can do to replace the unit. Goodman manufacturing stated they can give me the parts to repair the unit. The parts are on back order until September. A unit that I purchased that I can use. This is a lesson learned to never go through a third-party purchasing that air unit so basically wasted $900 now I have to go out and purchase a... read more
