The fact I purchased this unit in july 2023 and it malfunction and I haven’t used it this year. Called AC customer service to see how they can assist me and basically they said it was nothing they can do to replace the unit. Goodman manufacturing stated they can give me the parts to repair the unit. The parts are on back order until September. A unit that I purchased that I can use. Ordered a dryer vent fan from AC Wholesalers who sat on the order for 3 weeks before shipping! Once it shipped, I had it in 2 days! I asked several times why, only to receive the same canned response. If you need it, go somewhere else!!
I ordered my heater for my greenhouse business on Wednesday morning and I had it on Friday afternoon. Great people fast service
Efficient and easy to work with. I ordered a couple of remote temp and humidity sensors for my heat pumps. AC Wholesalers had the lowest price and I received the items in 2 days. One of the sensors was defective (obviously not their fault). I contacted AC, the immediately got back to me and gave me the option for refund or no charge replacement. Best case scenarios where essentially nothing was required of me. No doubt I will buy from them again.
