The package arrived open. I hope I'm not missing parts when I go to install. Very disappointed in this company and the product that was delivered. The insulation was damaged and one of the copper lines was wrapped in electrical tape. This stuff is coming right back to you..

Saved the day! My relay went out on my radiant heat/water heater system and suddenly I had no heat and no hot water. Obviously I wanted this fixed as quickly as possible... AC Wholesalers had the part to me in two days. Everything was in perfect shape, the part was exactly what I needed and now I'm cozy again!
I recently purchased three window air conditioning units from ACWholesale and had a terrible experience that I feel obligated to warn others about. Before buying, I carefully reviewed their return policy, which states full returns are accepted unless the item is a closeout, clearance, or sale item. Nowhere on the product listing or my receipt was the word "closeout," "sale," or "clearance" mentioned.
