they don't stand behind the work they do
Try being honest. Your people lie and use high pressure to get people to pay for repairs and or a new unit that is not needed. You don't respond to emails or to phone calls. Your company is very dishonest! I want my money back!

I have scheduled a maintenance appointment 2 times in the last month. I wait for them. And I either get a last minute call. No one can come or better yet the guy rings my doorbell and proceeds to tell me he can’t service my unit because he might get rained on. Seriously?? I’m so annoyed. And they installed the brand new unit a couple of years ago. I wouldn’t use them again. They don’t want to service nor maintain their installs. I’m so done!
Do not use this company! They will try to take advantage of you and upsell you for equipment and services you don’t need. Billy came to service my AC, replaced my thermostat (which was working fine) with a lower grade Honeywell & charged me $365 for a unit that is only $60 online. He then told me he had to order parts and I would be without AC until Monday on a holiday weekend. I contacted another company & they had my AC unit working within 5 mins!
