So we have been using this company for years! For our home and our rentals!! Recently after the Hurricane the renters ac wouldn’t cool so we called asked them to check it out! Some woman who I’ve personally never seen came out took about 10 min and handed my 89 year old Dad an estimate for almost 15 grand!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My parents moved into a house in 2006 and had paid for maintenance plans with them until he died and then we continued maintenance with them as well, when we took over the home. Well, I could deal with the normal pressure (telling me I NEED a new unit or it will break on me. I didn’t.) from companies like this but the kicker was what we found out this weekend. RecommendedI am a new home owner and the warranty had just run out but 93 degrees out and my home inside was 88. I called and they came out same day to check it out. It was unrepairable, but they were able to install a new unit within two days. I came home from work and it was all done. I am very happy. I had to call about some questions and they are always so kind and helpful.

If I could give less than one star I would do it. I was stupid and bought my AC unit from them and then bought endless filters...The unit they sold me they said never needed filters,,,,but you could see straight through the filter, so I had coil damage, the unit was under warranty but they didn't tell me that. A different company did. Oh I tried to get more filters after buying the filter plan, guess what...when I had service call that I said specifically bring filters, the man showed up with NOOOO FILTERS. So I ... read more

Joy was at our home today and she was promptly on time. She recommended a Ultraviolet light and a cleaning of the coils. She helped me with the financing. She was so nice and professional. I would highly recommend A/C Warehouse. We have had our unit for 4 years and it has a 10 year warranty. Thank Joy!!

i was dealing with a couple ac companies and they explained to me about the heat strip i can use as with the other company swore the heat strip i use won't heat my house they price matched and added what the other company offered
