I have used AC warehouse for the last 6 years. Had some issues prior. Yesterday’s service tech Mason was one of the nicest, polite gentleman we have had. He went right to our issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. So enjoyed his company!!! You have a great employee with Mason!!
Mason was courteous and very professional This is my first visit from AC WAREHOUSE I just switched companies and so far everything is wonderful.
6/26 -Julian and his crew arrived for an HVAC replacement. They were in and out in about 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything spotless. All of the crew were friendly and polite. Fantastic company. 5/5/26 - Ricky arrived on time and efficiently inspected and cleaned my AC. Really a nice guy. I guess you could say that Ricky was so fine, he blew my mind. 11/25 - Allen was on time, polite and a pleasure to have work on my AC. Outstanding young man. Great experience for me.
Brad went above and beyond he took the time to explain everything he was doing and the importance of why it should be done he was very polite also Brad is the reason I renewed my maintenance package I also called the office and requested Brad has my service tech.
