Buyers BEWARE!! – I used this co about a year ago and just recently found out that before I can sell my home I have to have a permit pulled on the new unit that they sold and installed. I was told by the county that they were supposed to pull a permit before they installed my new unit.....it is now costing me a small fortune to do this. If you use this co make sure that they pull the permit...be smart and ask them for a copy....it will save you a lot of trouble in the long run...no wonder they were cheaper than the other com... read more
Price Gouging on Warranty Work – Bryant heat pump compressor went out. The last tech from A/C Warehouse did not put the compressor block plug on correctly after working on it. When switched to heat recently, found that the start winding pin was burnt and lodged inside of the compressor connector block/plug. Called A/C Warehouse since the compressor has 10 yr. warranty and they wanted to charge $1,035.00 to come out and take care of a job that would take less then an hour.
